You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions.
By submitting the artwork to Presto Page, you certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. If you do not own the copyright for the art you submit, you certify that you have received permission to use the art from the copyright holder. Also, you further certify that your artwork does not violate any intellectual property rights held by another individual or corporation.
Furthermore, you agree that you will not upload any artwork files depicting offensive, indecent, or improper subject matter or material that could cause any civil or criminal liability under applicable law. You further agree that your artwork does not infringe upon any persons’ privacy rights depicted in the art.
Nonetheless, Presto Page has the right to refuse any order that, in our opinion, may be illegal or an infringement of the rights of any third party. We further reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.
Sales Tax Policy
Presto Page has two physical locations, or “nexus,” in Michigan; because of that, we must collect sales tax from online customers who live in Michigan.
If you are a tax-exempt entity and wish to avoid being charged sales tax, you must provide us with your tax exemption certificate before processing your order. And we will give a code to enter into the online calculators (see below).
PrestoPage.com is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
- -Spelling, grammar, or punctuation
- -Incorrect graphics and design elements
- -Color transparency issues
- -Damaged fonts
- -Overprints (printing one color on top of another or “trapping”)
Also, PrestoPage.com is not responsible for improper file setup, such as:
- -Crop marks
- -Finished product size
- -Die lines
- -Page alignment
- -Page orientation
By the same token, Presto Page’s Prepress Department does not make any changes to designing elements in the digital print file without the customer’s approval.
A full or partial refund may be extended to you in certain circumstances where PrestoPage.com has completed no production work on your order. Such a refund would be adjusted to cover any fees charged for proofs or other services associated with that order. PrestoPage.com is not responsible for damages or delays caused by shipping carriers. Unfortunately, the cost of postage for mailing projects cannot be refunded.
By the same token, full refunds usually are not possible once PrestoPage.com begins production on your order. Production will only start after payment has been made, artwork files uploaded, and job proofs approved. Albeit, artwork uploaded after the proof has been approved may not be honored.
If you find a defect in your job that is the responsibility of PrestoPage.com, we will re-run the order at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of the delivered order and verify the problem to receive the replacement. Replacements requested more than 30 days after delivery may or may not be honored depending on the circumstances.
Upon verification of the defect, we will determine the course of action. We may ask you to send the defective job back to us at your expense. However, if, in our judgment, it will not be possible to achieve a good outcome by replacing the order, PrestoPage.com may elect to refund part or all of the order’s original cost.
The short version – you will love our work, or we will make it right. If for any reason we can’t make it right, we will give you your money back.
We want you to feel comfortable doing business with us. Please, give us a call with any questions, comments, or problems that you may have, and you’ll be able to talk with a live person.
If you find a defect in your job, which is the responsibility of PrestoPage.com, we will re-run the order at no additional cost to you. To receive the replacement, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery and verify the problem. Often a simple photo of the issue is adequate for our needs, but in some cases, you may be asked to return the entire defective order at the expense of PrestoPage.com. Upon verification of the defect, we will re-run the order with expedited turnaround time and expedited shipping. If, in our judgment, it will not be possible to achieve a good outcome by replacing the book order, PrestoPage.com may, at our sole option, elect to refund all or part of the original cost of the order.
If your job was printed as ordered but you are unsatisfied, you could still return your order for a full refund. In this case, we ask that you pay for return shipping since we fulfilled your job as ordered. We are not responsible for delays or defects that are outside of our control. If a shipping delay or other delay is caused by your failure to approve a proof or order timely and your satisfaction requires expedited shipping, we will regard that as a material change in the order, and we reserve the right to charge you for the expedited shipping.
We will also not be responsible under any circumstances for refunding shipping charges when you have chosen to use your own shipping method or account instead of the PrestoPage.com shipping options.
We have set a very high standard in safeguarding your personal information and will protect the information you share with us. Our Confidentiality Policy applies to all information we collect at this website, in telephone conversations, e-mail transactions, and in-person order placement. The content of your documents will remain private unless and until you instruct us otherwise.

When you become our customer, you are asked to provide us with certain information, including your company name, name, and contact information, including your e-mail address. This information will be used for unspecified updates and communications about your order, questionnaires to measure your satisfaction, and announcements of new products, services, and special pricing promotions. We do not store credit card information on our server.
We will not share any of your company or personal information or data with our partners or vendors. It is our policy to protect your information from all types of loss, misuse, or alteration. Any artwork files or documents submitted will be treated with respect and the utmost care. Any electronic data provided by you will remain accessible on our secured servers and are available to you through your password-protected account.
We operate secure data networks protected by industry-standard firewall and password protection systems. Our Confidentiality Policy is periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary, and only authorized individuals have access to the personally identifiable information provided by our users. We take every precaution to protect your data but cannot guarantee that unauthorized, inadvertent disclosure will never occur.

We may contact you from time to time to provide you with a free newsletter or make you aware of special offers, pricing promotions, surveys, or contests. Your participation is strictly voluntary.
